Irina Li

Irina Li’s 20-year professional career spans business development and commercial project management, mainly in transport and logistics, design and construction engineering.

Her experience includes managing corporate projects for Astana International Airport as Commercial Director, for KTZ (the Kazakh railway company) as Director of the International Cooperation Department, and as an independent commercial development consultant at AstanaGenPlan (the city of Astana’s urban planning authority under the city administration), as well as at several international engineering and construction firms — including the UK’s ARUP Global Engineers and Belgium’s BESIX GROUP — that viewed Kazakhstan as a potential market for their services.
