Arsen Meirembayev

Arsen Meirembayev is an executive with more than 25 years of experience in public administration, international business and industry. Throughout his career he has led projects in investment attraction, international cooperation, corporate governance, industrial development and strategic transformation.

He has held senior positions at JSC "NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy", Rompetrol (Romania), the QazBioPharm National Holding, the national company KAZAKH INVEST and other state and international organisations. At KAZAKH INVEST he provided corporate support to the Board of Directors chaired by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He has led industrial enterprises and projects in production modernisation, digital transformation, international cooperation and investment attraction.

He has extensive experience engaging with government bodies, the diplomatic corps, international financial institutions, foreign investors and industry associations. He has taken part in major international projects and supported strategic agreements aimed at economic development and expanding international partnerships.

He graduated from Karaganda State University named after Ye.A. Buketov with a degree in International Economic Relations. He holds an MBA and the international MLRO (Money Laundering Reporting Officer) qualification from AIFC Academy. He is fluent in Kazakh, Russian and English, with working proficiency in Turkish and Romanian.
