Visiting enterprises of companies - members of the Chamber of BeNeLux

As part of the existing practice of visiting enterprises, on April 4 and 5 this year, visits were organized by the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to the Republic of Kazakhstan, Henri Vantigem, the President of the BeNeLux Chamber of Commerce Denis Van den Weich, the General Director of the BeNeLux Chamber of Commerce, Anuar Kurzhikaev, to the enterprises of member companies of the Chamber of BeNeLux. In the Aktobe region, the delegation visited the Zhanazhol gas turbine power plant (ZhGTPP), owned by AMF Group, in Aktau, two modern plants of the Artex company: the first one for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete with a capacity of 1 thousand m200 per year, the second oy for the production of reinforcing mesh with a capacity of 3 thousand tons per year.

During the visit to ZhGTES, important issues of cooperation in the field of electricity were discussed and promising areas for the provision of affordable electricity in the Aktobe region for the needs of greenhouses in the region were discussed. During the discussion, the significant potential for cooperation in this area was emphasized, especially taking into account the competencies of Belgian and Dutch companies in the field of agriculture.

Questions were also raised about the possibility of modernizing and building new facilities in the energy sector, as well as the introduction of advanced technologies and innovative solutions, including solutions offered by AMF Group. Cooperation between Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and the Republic of Kazakhstan in this area has great potential for a mutually beneficial partnership that will contribute to economic growth and increase sustainability in the energy sector.

During the visit to the factories of the Artex company, the delegation members got acquainted with the modern technologies used in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete and metal reinforcing mesh. Taking into account the high quality and affordability of the prices of the manufactured products, the issues of possible deliveries of these products to the EU countries were discussed.
