Tax incentives to limit the deduction for the purchase of consulting and other services (2)

On September 29, 2022, a webinar was held on the topic: "Tax incentives to limit deductibility when purchasing consulting, engineering and other services."

Economic Research Institute JSC (ERI), PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), ERG, ArcellorMittal Temirtau, the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Witteveen+bos, as well as members of the Chamber took part at the site of the BeNeLux Chamber of Commerce.

Topics discussed were:
1. Tax incentives to limit the deduction for the purchase of consulting, engineering and other services;
2. Amendments to the legislation on transfer pricing;
3. Other topics of international taxation (for example, amendments to the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 2023).

As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached to continue the dialogue to discuss a new tax code.
